June 5-6, 2008 the College of
Education welcomed 50-year graduates back to campus. As part of
MSU’s Reunion Days, the college hosted a dinner on June 5 and a
breakfast on June 6. The dinner included a presentation by
University Distinguished Professor Yong Zhao, who spoke about the
U.S.-China relationship and its effect on the economy and on
education. Dr. Zhao is also the director of the College of
Education’s Confucius Institute.
On June 6, reunion participants
enjoyed a breakfast in Erickson Hall with Dean Carole Ames. Below is
a picture of the breakfast participants.
Graduates of 1959 and earlier
should mark their calendars for next year’s Reunion Days, which will
be held June 4-5, 2009.

On June 6,
