Recipients shall be at the junior level with the selection made during the second semester of the sophomore year. They shall have at least a 3.5 average and exhibit a desire to teach at the elementary or secondary level. Recipients shall be graduates of a high school in Michigan, and are eligible to renew this scholarship.
