The Leadership Circle is distinctive to the College of Education and is made up of individuals who are dedicated to supporting the efforts of the college through annual gifts of $1,500 or more.  While your gift may be designated to any fund in the college undesignated gifts also count toward membership and help support the College of Education Dean's Excellence Fund that help provide funding for our students and program initiatives in the college.  

Leadership Circle members receive many special benefits, including:

• Recognition by the MSU College of Education
• Invitations to College of Education events, colloquia, and conferences
• Special communications on research and other publications
• The opportunity to honor an outstanding educator with a Crystal Apple Award
• A commemorative pin

Like all contributions to the College of Education, your Leadership Circle gift is tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. If your employer or your spouse's employer has a matching gift program, the matching gift counts towards your total contribution - for example, if you are eligible for a 1:1 match, a $750 gift will qualify you for Leadership Circle membership, along with the $750 matching gift. Finally, your Leadership Circle gifts and pledges count towards membership in MSU Donor Societies.
