Jim Fairweather will be presenting an invited paper on “The Effect of the Global Financial Crisis on Academic Systems and Individual Universities,” at the 2009 Beijing Forum the first week of November. The Forum is hosted by Peking University on behalf of the national government and brings together scholars and higher education leaders from around China and the world.
