January 29, 2001 The Fellows will experience and discuss specific assessment instruments to better understand and practice the behaviors and skills that contribute to effective group problem solving and decision making in organizations. Through participation in these exercises, individuals experience how certain behaviors can positively or negatively affect the performance of a group working to solve a common problem. |
