Leadership Issues

This session will examine several concepts about leadership and the challenges faced by leaders. The Fellows will explore some assumptions made about organizations through four frames and the use of metaphors. One of the resources used will be Four Frames of Leadership, by L.G. Bolman and T.E. Deal. The MBTI will also be used as a lens to examine leadership roles in organizations.

Session B:  Taking the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to the Next Step
  1. Introduction
  2. Problem Solving Scenario
  3. Pinpointing Specific Type Behaviors
  4. Looking at Type in Groups
