Graduate Student Organizations

KIN Graduate Student Organization (KGSO)

All KIN master's and doctoral students are welcome to join KGSO, the Kinesiology Graduate Student Organization. KGSO conducts a variety of projects each year, some as community outreach, and some designed to benefit KIN graduate students. KGSO also selects graduate student representatives to department committees. Check with the graduate studies secretary to learn names of current officers. The KGSO constitution provides information about how the organization works. Check out the KGSO website (https://sites.google.com/site/msukgso/home) or the bulletin board in the hallway next to IM Circle Room 137 for current activities and information.

E-STIM

Graduate students, especially those in the athletic training concentration, are encouraged to participate in E-STIM, Educating Student Athletic Trainers in Medicine. The primary purpose of this organization is to provide educational opportunities for student athletic trainers to learn more about their profession, but E-STIM members also engage in service projects and social activities. For more information, go to the E-STIM web site at http://athletictraining.msu.edu/e-stim.php.
