Graduate study is available at all three levels, depending on the career goals and background of the prospective student. The master's degree in K-12 Educational Administration is designed for K-12 school leaders who are classroom teachers, school administrators, and individuals interested in the practice of school leadership. Their program may be planned to meet state administrator certification requirements.

The educational specialist program is intended for K-12 school administrators who hold graduate degrees and wish to further their formal training. The objective of the program is to ground students in both the conceptual as well as the technical skills of the practice of school leadership. Coursework focuses on administrative practice and increases understanding of educational systems.

The Doctor of Philosophy degree is designed for professional educators who have or aspire to leadership positions in schools, government, or educational organizations or who seek research and teaching position in professional schools of education. Students may concentrate in administration, public policy, and research, and are able to take related cognates in labor relations, urban policy, or political science.
